The Finnish sauna is a dry sauna with low humidity and the temperature reaches approx. 40 to 110 °C. It is undoubtedly one of the most popular methods to relax and cleanse the body of toxins. In addition, the sauna relaxes the muscles, lowers blood pressure and relieves stress. It is also an excellent form of body hardening.

Steam baths have a beneficial effect on health. They cleanse the body of waste products and toxins, as well as inhale the respiratory tract. In addition, the high level of humidity found in the steam room makes the skin perfectly moisturized, firmed and smooth. Steam sauna, due to its health-promoting effect, is recommended for chronic diseases, especially those related to joints. It also alleviates the symptoms of recurrent pulmonary diseases – asthma, bronchitis. It is also recommended for allergy sufferers.
